1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Continuo Tax LLC, doing business as Continuo International Tax ("Continuo," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information through our website (www.continuo.tax) and related communications.
This Policy applies when you:
Visit or interact with our website;
Submit information through our contact form; or
Sign up for our newsletter.
This Policy does not cover third-party websites or services we link to, including our third-party client portal. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.

Our website is for general informational and marketing purposes only. Please do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information — including government identifiers (e.g., Social Security numbers, passport numbers), tax returns, W‑2s/1099s, payroll data, bank account or payment card details, or account credentials — through the website contact form or general email.
Existing clients should use our designated third-party client portal or another method we expressly approve in writing. We can only ensure confidentiality when an executed engagement letter is in place and approved transmission methods are specified.
3. Data Controller and Contact
For purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), Continuo Tax LLC is the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

C. Third-Party Services Accessed via Links
If you click a link to a third-party site (such as our client portal), that third party collects information directly from you under its own privacy policy. We do not control their data practices.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses cookies (small files placed on your device) to:
Ensure the website functions properly (necessary cookies, always active); and

You can manage preferences through our cookie banner or your browser settings. For details on specific cookies, see the cookies Squarespace uses.

Pre-contractual steps where you contact us to explore services and we process your information at your request before a potential engagement.
